| Phil Billingham, Regulatory Change Specialist, threesixty Services LLP

Phil Billingham is a specialist in assisting Financial Advisers and Planning firms survive and thrive during periods of regulatory change.
He is a Director of the Institute of Financial Planning (IFP). He sits on the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) Regulation Advisory Panel, and was a member of the FPSB Professional Framework working group.
After 11 years of running his own consultancy, in 2009 he became Head of Business Consultancy at threesixty Services LLP.
Phil has spoken at Financial Planning conferences in the UK, USA, France and South Africa.
Apart from the UK, Phil has worked with Advisers, Planners and Regulators, and been published, in the Isle of Man, USA, South Africa, Australia, Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and Eire.
Phil is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and a Chartered Financial Planner.
