| Bob Freeman, VP, Voyant UK
Bob is a Vice President of Voyant UK with specific responsibility for product management. He has spent over 30 years in financial services, including more than 20 years in a fee-based financial planning environment, primarily at Mercer.
Bob’s extensive experience and knowledge underpin his reputation as a constant source of information and thought leadership on UK financial services, including advisory strategies, investment planning and compliance.
Prior to joining Voyant, Bob worked for Morningstar where he helped to develop adviser facing investment research tools for the UK market and was also responsible for helping to build relationships and promote understanding of Morningstar tools and services within the UK adviser community and other major stakeholders in the financial services marketplace. He has also held a number of other management and development roles in the area of e-enabled advice solutions, including, from 2000 to 2003, the role of Head of Financial Planning at mPower Europe where he took a leading role in projects for major UK banks and life offices, as well as for the FSA and HM Treasury.
Bob has a B.A Honours Degree from Exeter University and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate of the CII. From 2004, he was a founder member of the Families Working Group within the FSA Financial Capability initiative.
